Monitoring and evaluation of the program is carried out internally and externally. Internally, the National Coordinator, Regional Coordinators and Accompanying Teachers have several strategies and instruments to monitor and evaluate the program, such as DATA UAARE, quarterly reports, monitoring and supervision meetings, student satisfaction surveys, among others. Externally, an instrument for evaluating the program was prepared by the REDESPP.
The success indicators used follow international guidelines and include academic performance, dropout rates and sports performance.
The academic results in the academic year 2019-2020, in the 2nd Period, were quite positive, with a dropout rate of 0.43% and an overall academic performance of 97.15%, above the national average.
The quantitative sports indicators collected (referring to July-December 2019) are organized according to international guidelines, considering medals in World (21) and European (43) championships, number of participations in international events (236) , medals in national championships (272), calls to national teams (204) and the evolution of the level of student-athletes.
